Faith and Reason-Episode 71-Walls Closing in on Biden and WHO Tedros meets with Francis

LifeSiteNews journalist and FBI whistleblower Jack Maxey has been banned on Twitter — despite Elon Musk’s ownership — suddenly and without warning. Jack Maxey made national headlines by exposing the corruption surrounding the Hunter Biden laptop scandal and has been a champion of free speech with LifeSiteNews ever since. Elon Musk’s Twitter has banned Jack Maxey’s Twitter account, silencing Maxey’s voice in a shocking anti-free speech display of power. John-Henry Westen sounds the alarm and calls for a massive online Twitter campaign to urge Elon Musk to free Jack Maxey free from Twitter jail.
Jack Maxey once again joins John-Henry Westen, Liz Yore, and Father James Altman on this week’s episode of Faith & Reason, in which they discuss Hunter Biden’s failed plea deal and the extent of the Biden family’s corruption, the Communist Chinese side-stepping the Pope in appointing a bishop of Shanghai, and the Pope’s meeting with the head of the World Health Organization (WHO).
Hunter Biden pled “not guilty” to all charges leveled against him after Trump-appointed district judge Maryellen Noreika threw out the “sweetheart” plea agreement that would have allowed him to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges in exchange for avoiding a felony gun charge. Moreover, audio surfaced this week of Hunter’s lawyers allegedly impersonating the prosecution in a phone call to Noreika in an attempt to throw out an amicus brief from the House Ways and Means Committee.
Also on Wednesday, Republican U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley released a declassified Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) document alleging that the Bidens were involved in a multimillion-dollar bribery scheme with Ukrainian oil company Burisma.
Maxey, commenting on the developments, opined that the Bidens are in a “really tight space.” Discussing the implications of the plea deal, Maxey added, “This means that Hunter and his father are going to be front and center right through this election.”
“I think the Democrats are in a tight spot,” he continued. Comparing the issue with the resignation of President Richard Nixon in 1974, Maxey stated, “They’ve got to figure out how to ‘Spiro Agnew’ Kamala Harris and get us a Gerald Ford, because they know very well that they’re gonna have to replace [President Joe Biden] before too long.” Maxey also noted that the underlining problem in the Biden saga is not the Bidens themselves, but the corrupt intelligence and foreign policy apparatus in the U.S. government from both major political parties.
Yore, reacting to Maxey, said that “we’re only in the beginning stages” of the affair. Continuing Maxey’s comparison to Nixon’s resignation by caling the affair “Watergate on steroids,” she added that “the level of corruption of Joe Biden, the level of corruption in the government, is staggering.” She also reacted to the impersonation on the part of Hunter’s lawyers, saying that it is “the kind of behavior you get disbarred for.”
Father Altman, a former lawyer, echoed Yore’s remarks about Hunter’s lawyers, though added that people should be weary of those pulling the proverbial strings behind the scenes. “People need to understand, if they keep focusing on [Joe] Biden … you’re going to miss the real puppeteers at the top who are causing this.”
“This is not just about the exposure of the Bidens,” Yore added. “This is the exposure of … the ‘Deep State’ … of our law enforcement. You have to take that first step of looking with clear eyes at the level of corruption. You can’t clean it up unless you know it’s there.”
Earlier this month, Pope Francis accepted the appointment of Bishop Joseph Shen Bin to the See of Shanghai, once occupied by Cardinal Ignatius Kung, who famously stood up to Mao. Shen Bin, appointed to the See by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in April, at one point served as vice president of the Chinese Catholic Patriotic Association, controlled by the CCP. The CCP also asked him to serve as head of the “Chinese College of Catholic Bishops” last year, controlled by the Chinese United Front Work Department.
Yore agreed with China-watcher Steve Mosher that the appointment of Shen Bin to the See of Shanghai serves as the “decapitation of the Catholic Church” in China. “This is precisely … what Cardinal [Joseph] Zen warned about,” she stated. “We now have … a number of bishops from China who are members of the CCP. This bishop, Shen Bin, has now been forced and foisted on the Catholic Church.”
Yore also touched upon the greater persecution of Christians in China, not just Catholics but evangelicals as well, noting that evangelical churches were also torn down after the CCP and the Vatican signed the Sino-Vatican agreement in 2018. “This is not just a Catholic issue,” she said. “By signing this deal, Francis has given license to the CCP to begin a destructive course to destroy and remove Christianity from China. It’s a catastrophe.”
Altman commented that he was at a loss for words, though said, “As has happened always, since the time that they were using Catholics as torches for Nero’s entertainment, that Catholics are suffering and dying. My only consolation is that God makes it right in the next world.”
On Monday morning, meanwhile, Francis met privately with WHO head Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. The meeting did not appear on the Pope’s public schedule, only appearing in the Holy See’s daily bulletin after the fact.
Yore, noting that Tedros publicly supports abortion, said, “All you can say is … this is what Francis has been doing for the last ten years, meeting with the global elite. I’m sure we’ll see very quickly what the results of that meeting are.”
Maxey, connecting Francis’ meeting with Tedros and the Vatican’s China deal to the secret alliances that existed before the world wars, said that the alliances forced their participants “to do things that brought the whole world to utter destruction.”
“It’s time for us to break open the seal on this Pandora’s Box … and unleash it all,” Maxey stated. “I think we can … always be reminded of the good words of Archbishop [Carlo Maria] Viganò: there are children of darkness and children of light, and the children of light outnumber the children of darkness.”
